Delivery and Shipping Policy

Pashmina Cart offers a range of delivery options for online orders. Delivery is available worldwide. To ensure your products are delivered in the best condition we have tie-ups with renowned courier companies. We will do our best to ensure your items arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

Shipping charges within India:

Shipping is free in India.

In the event of you being unavailable, or rejecting the delivery of the items, we retain the power to cancel your purchase. Any amount to be returned (In-store Credit only) subsequent to such annulment shall only be processed after deduction of the postage, duties, taxes and delivery charges handled by us.

Shipping charges outside India: 

We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 40,000 or USD 500. We provide shipping to multiple locations outside India with an additional charge of INR 4000 on all the products below INR 40,000 or USD 500 towards the logistics, shipping, and courier companies. Please note COD is not applicable for orders outside India. In the event of you being unavailable, or rejecting the delivery of the items, we retain the power to cancel your purchase. Dispatch Policy guidelines:

Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. It takes 48-72 hours to check the authenticity of the payment made by you. However, due to high volumes or any unforeseen reasons, it may take up to 7 business days. Once shipped, we will update the shipping details and estimated delivery time to you. For personalized/customized orders – Generally, most items are typically sent within 2 weeks and for bulky embroidery items, it may take up to 4 weeks or more.

Delivery Address: 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Orders will not be shipped to PO box addresses. All orders must include a valid Email and phone number. We deliver products on all working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. The requests placed within India will be delivered between 3-8 working days, and outside India between 10-15 working days. Unanticipated conditions on the logistics provider’s side may sometimes cause postponements. You can also contact us at care@pashminacart.com for any queries related to your order and shipping.

Customs and Import Duties Information:

Customs duties and taxes may be applicable on international shipments and shall be paid by the recipient upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any applicable customs duties and taxes. Pashmina Cart does not collect or estimate such taxes. The amount of any applicable Customs duty will depend on the country of delivery and its regulations. We recommend that you check with your local Customs office for more information about applicable duties, taxes, and other charges.

If an item is refused, the package will be returned to Pashmina Cart, and any associated costs, such as the cost of shipping, duties and Customs fees, will not be refunded. In case the item/package is seized by the customs, no refunds shall be issued or entertained whatsoever.
