Returns and Refund Policy

Pashmina Cart, we guarantee that customers are completely satisfied with our products. We pride ourselves on providing quality goods and exceptional customer service.

INSTANT AND EASY RETURN/EXCHANGE:
We pack and ship our orders after properly inspecting each package, Yes that’s how meticulous we are. Each package is sealed and packed in presence of delivery agent so that there leaves no scope for error from Seller side, and the package contains the actual item that you purchased.

Once you are satisfied and find package in good condition, you can confirm the delivery by sharing an OTP with the delivery partner who will mark it as delivered thereafter.

In case, you feel you received defected or damaged packet or tampered product, please click pictures/videos and then reject the delivery and contact us at care@pashminacart.com. We shall replace or give you in store credits for same value of the order placed once we verify the pictures with the package.

Please note:

  • NO CASH or credit refunds will be available. For return and exchange only in-store credits will be given for same order value purchased.
  • No return or in-store credits will be available for products bought under sale category on the website.
  • Product colour and ornamentation/embroidery of the real product may differ from what is seen on the website.
  • Product should be returned in a well packed box to avoid any damage in the transit & with complete labelled address. Extra Poly bag is sent with every package for safe return.
  • The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.
  • Pashmina Cart shall not be responsible for any damage caused in the return transit of the product.

RETURN/EXCHANGE AFTER DELIVERY:
You will be eligible to return your order within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product should meet all conditions for sucessful return, the product should have all labels and original invoices. The original box and packing should be not damaged. The item shouldn’t be used, worn, washed, tampered with. Click pictures for the damage or defect before giving it to delivery agent. After the delivery partner/agent inspects the return product and if all conditions are met. Please make sure, you put that item in extra sealed poly bag provided with product.

The original shipping charges will not be returned & the product would need to be shipped back at the customer’s cost. The successful return is subject to inspection and proper verification from our Quality control team. The final call will be based on that.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel your order with us, please note:

The order can only be canceled if and only if it has not already been shipped.
The Customized orders are in no way eligible for cancellation/return/exchange.

Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we can’t initiate any refund, and it will become a return on your side in which case, in-store credits will be issued.

RESTOCKING FEE:

Purchase value more than Rs. 3,000 upto Rs.20,000Rs.500/-
Purchase value less then Rs. 3,000Rs.250/-
Purchase Value ( Pashmina) more than Rs.20,000Rs.1,000/-

IN-STORE CREDIT:
Store credit may be redeemed in store and online for future purchases and never expires, up to the original purchase price. Refunds for cash, credit or debit are not available.

To qualify for in-store credit, all items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

Customers within India and outside India, must contact our customer service department via email at care@pashminacart.com, who will provide instructions on how to arrange the store credit process. Due to export/import regulations, orders shipped outside of India shall be charged some additional charges. Please check shipping policy for International orders as well.

We will not issue store credit and/or reimburse any taxes or duties collected on international orders, as we are unable to collect them from the customer and are obligated by law to pay these taxes.

The issuance of store credit may be subject to restrictions based on Pashmina Cart’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse store credit if the item(s) does not meet our standards. Store credit will only be issued on items purchased from www.pashminacart.com.
